Sash had the pleasure of meeting with Tony Ramunno, wine-maker, and one of the reluctant heroes of the  Witchmount story. He runs us through the process that went into the wine-making of the 2004 Witchmount Shiraz, which won the Syrah du Monde 2008 award for best Shiraz of the World. Wine buffs should do themselves a favour and also taste the highly awarded Cabernet.
